Hi Diane, my grandfather was Arthur Parkerson Petrie and lived in Sycamore, Ill and Marshalltown, Ia. His gr-father was Leonard Petrie and he lived in Canton and VanBuren, Onondaga Co. New York. His wife was Martha Wilson, not sure where she was born. Leonard was thought to be born in Vermont abt 1782?. Does any of this help??
