I don't have an answer for that but I am currently reading/studying a research work by Gary Hawley. I don't have a url for his research but I found him by googling Thomas Parker. Gary Hawley is breaking down the Thomas Parkers like the Three Richard Parkers were similarly given. John, let me know if you agree with this research. I see a way to separate them with Gary's work.
