The way the Sicilians name their children is as follows. The oldest son is named for the husband's father and oldest daughter is named for his mother's. The next 2 are named for the wife's family. That's how you can tell if families are related. My Great-Grandfather was Guiseppe (Joseph) Parisi. My great-grandfather's oldest son was named Nicholas and was born in 1897. So I know that Nicola Parisi was my great-great-grandfather. This may help you trace Antonio.
