I have just began this.
My grandmothers name was Maudi - not sure of the spelling - Parish - not sure of the spelling.
She married Sam (Samuel?) Bruce.

They had twins Inez (my mom) and Eunice that were born in 1910.
That's the only date I have.

Their other children were Mavis,Gladys and Fred.
They also adopted Roy Jolly (I think he was a nephew or cousin or something).

They lived in Mississippi but there were also relatives in Tennessee.
I was told that I have Cherokee lineage but don't know from which side.

Please. Any help at all would be appreciated.
