Starting Sept. 30, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

Mike, Best thing you can do is to get your dad's birth certificate from the Family Records office in London. This will give you his parents names, and hopefully addresses, age etc. The 1901 census is due out on the web next month so you could use the address to check out other children etc. Once you get the rough birth years/dates of your grandparents to can try and get their marriage/birth certificates.
