Hello Guy,
I just want to run this by you.
According to other researcher's information Joseph 1820 and first wife had a son Felix. Do you know if this is true or what happend to him?
Anyway here is what I am coming up with that makes me think Henry is Joseph's son:
Joseph and family moved to St Cloud, Stearns, Minnesota where they had Eleanor and Henry. I have a Felix Parrent in the military in St Cloud and according to historical records he went to fight in Pembina, Dakota Territory. Later I find Henry living with the CART family in Pembina the wife in the CART family is Eleanor (born same year as Henry's sister Eleanor).
I am thinking this makes it a strong possibility that Henry is Joseph's son.
