Thank you. I wish you would post this on every family forum in the book. Before everything got computerized I published four surname quarterlies. When I got hooked on genealogy, I wanted to do it right. I attended all the seminars I could, read books, and thought everyone that was doing Genealogy was going by the "book" Well I learned that many did not really care if that next generation was theirs or not. They wanted to fill in the blanks on their ancestral chart and the family group sheet.
Bad health closed my files for several years. Now that I'm back with a computer, I find things have not really changed. Well neither have I. Some others that research my family still have those old errors on the family group sheets and they are going to even more people. But, I will just keep poking along and one day I will find that documentation. When I put that name on my chart I'll know it's mine. You made me feel better. Sometime I feel like a fish out of water, so thanks again.
