Terry Pardue is quite a character.
Yes, his work has hung in the White House; entitled "Death of a Nation". There was an article about it in the San Diego Trib about 15 years ago written by Vern Griffin (sp?).
I am also in search of Terry as we were once roommates in Flagstaff AZ.
He can most likely be found in the area of Santa Ynez CA. Maybe Los Olivos. He somewhat recently had his work displayed in the Santa Ynez museum.
You can actually get a glimpse of him as he had a part in the movie "Return to Mayberry" He looks a bit like Yosemite Sam from the cartoon ;character. His part was the non-speaking, bearded, carhart jacket wearing, icecream cone carrying, cowboy hat wearing one.
