My information shows Jarrett Pardue as being born April 18, 1798 in Richmond County, Georgia. I have him as being referenced as living in Montgomery County, Tennessee in both the 1820 and 1830 Censuses. I have his death date as February 18, 1874. Beyond that, I'm afraid I have no other information. I didn't even have the info that he was married to a Rebecca Farmer, so I think you may have contributed in that case.
