I'm also searching for information regarding Roxavannah Parcher. Where did you come across the name Briggs? All I know thus far is that she was first married (in New York) to Simeon Beal Parcher, b. 1788, VT, d. 1834 in Crawford Co., OH, and that they had 7 children - John, Harriett, Royal, Elias, Simeon, George and Delancy. She then married Robert Kirkland and had Abigail, James and Nancy. She was born ca 1800 in VT (I think), and d. 23 Feb 1885 in Liberty, Crawford Co., OH. If you've come across more information could you please let me know? Thanks.
