Looking for the elusive Margaret Ida Parcell who apparently wed Roy H. Coulter in WV in the late 1920's or early 1930's. Family word of mouth indicates that Roy and Margaret had one child, Margaret Ann Coulter born WV August 13, 1931. Supposedly, Margaret Ida left Roy sometime later and may have remarried and had other children. Recently however, I found the obituary of Carl R. Coulter whose parents are listed as Roy Coulter and Margaret Ida Parcell. It also mentions a deceased sister, Mary Strickling and a living sister Georgia Marie Allbright of Chesapeake, WV . Margaret Ann died in 1996. Roy Coulter died in 1948 and his obituary listed his only child as Margaret Ann. His death certificate lists him as divorced. Can anyone help me out with this family.
