Joseph Paquin/Angele Alie, 1800's

Is there anyone out there who can tell me anything about where these people disappeared to? I am following the Allie line. Joseph Paquin b. cir. 1819, was the first settler in the village of French Creek (now Francis Creek)in Manitowoc County, WI. This was around 1838. He built a tavern on the route from Two Rivers, WI to Green Bay. He appears in our 1850 census, married to Angele Allie on Jan. 7, 1845 in Green Bay, St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. It shows he has two children in 1850: Mary age 2 and Frances (could be Francis) age 7 mo., born on the Isle of Man (wherever that is!)
He is listed in the 1870 census, without his wife.
Next door (1860)is Anthony Paquin.(Anthony is listed as married to Mary Allie, Sept. 3, 1853.)??
Other Paquins listed on our Manitowoc, WI web site are: Leo Paquin, Levi Paquin and Louis Paquin.
Posible parents of Joseph Paquin are Runers Paquin and ??.
Anyone know what happened to any of these people?
Thanks for any help you can give me. PW.
