I am searching for more information on Alexander Paquette. I know that he died in Prince George, BC in 1972 at age 90 - so that would make him born around 1882. Alex married Theresa Giroux in Grouard, AB on Dec 22, 1913. I am trying to find out who his parents were! Family remembers them as Joseph and Lilly Paquette. Lilly died when Alex was about 2 and all their children were farmed out and raised by others. Can anyone help me with this Paquette family? I think Joseph and possibly Lilly (nickname) were from Quebec, but I'm not sure. They spoke french so I assume they came from Que. Alex may have been born in AB or SK. Thank you!
