I am not directly related to this individual, but had the following information in my PANNELL database.
Tynne Belle PANNELL was the daughter of Walter Minor PANNELL (Apr 16 1850 - Apr 21 1918) and 2nd wife Minerva Jane WHEELER (Jul 21 1878 - Jan 14 1939). Minor & Minerva had about 10 children, eight older than Tynne.
Walter Minor PANNELL was the son of Minor Walter/Walter Minor PANNELL (Apr 25 1821 SC - Nov 25 1892 MS) and Mary Ellen FLOYD (d: Apr 1850). Since he was the last of four children and born in April 1850, it looks like Mary Ellen died from complications of childbirth.
Minor Walter/Walter Minor PANNELL was the son of William Seymour PANNELL (Abt 1800 SC - bef 1880 MS) and Winifred ROBERTS (abt 1810 SC - bef 1900 MS). William & Winifred had about eight children.
William Seymour PANNELL was the son of William PANNELL III(1765 SC - Jan 11 1810 SC) and Elizabeth SEYMOUR (abt 1765 SC - ???). William and Elizabeth had about eight children as well.
William PANNELL III was the son of William PANNELL Jr. (1740/1750 VA - abt 1810 SC) and Lucinda DOVE (1745 VA - 1810 SC). William and Lucinda had about fourteen children.
