Some facts and a few thoughts on Nora V. Pannel:

1. In the 1900 census of Township 15 Range 19 E., Muscogee Nation, Indian Territory, Nora V. Wright indicates that her mother was born in Texas and her father was born in Missouri. Census source:

2. There is a Mrs. E.J. Pannell who married Joseph Morris on 19 January 1886 at Hopkins county, Texas. This is very likely Nora's mother, E.J. Morris. The marriage information is here:

3. A Joseph and Elizah Morris were living in Muscogee, Creek Nation, Indian Territory for the 1900 census. They had been married 14 years, which is consistent with an 1886 marriage date. Eliza had benn born in Texas, and had six living children.
Household Gender Age Birthplace

Son Joseph A Morris M Texas born February 1889
Daughter Colby Morris F Indian Territory born March 1892
Daughter Barbara M Morris F Indian Territory born February 1894
Son George A Morris M Indian Territory born June 1898
The 1900 census record is here:

4. Looking at item #3, Elizah had six living children, but only 5 are accounted for in the census. Nora is probably the 6th.

5. In the 1880 census of Precinct 7, Lamar, Texas, there is a Liza and George Pannel. Note the birth States:
Household Gender Age Birthplace
SELF George Pannel M 25 Missouri, United States
WIFE Liza Pannel F 17 Texas, United States
The 1880 census record is here:

6. This one is "iffier". There is a marriage at Delta, Delta, Texas, of a G.P. Pannel to a J.E. Goset on 21 May 1879. No additional information on the website. The record is here:
