Onell,
My Aunt Cora Pankey Mclaurin lives in Queens. She has lived there for most of her adult life. Her husband of over 50 years died less than one year ago.She left North Carolina many years ago and might not have details that we need.Check local phone book for appropriate listing-Cora or Neal McLaurin.I will talk with Aunt Rose (Rosa Pankey Caldwell-lives in NY city) this week.My father in Laurinburg has excellent recall and can provide some information. Also, I spoke with a Wanda Pankey who lives in Jamaica, NY a few years ago.She has actually visited Pankeytown. Do you know her?
