The journal belongs to a woman in her nineties whose family has had it since the 1840s. It does not have any information on your family, sorry to say. At this time the owner is unwilling to publish the journal for which she holds a common law copyright. The material is not genealogy.
Perhaps knowing that the journal is not specific in naming relationships will ease researchers' minds about whether or not their ancestor is mentioned in it. Best of luck in your search.
