My great-great-grandfather came from portugal in the 1700's to 1800's. He jumped ship in Panama and had a son who is my gggfather. Does anyone know who the panamanian mother might be, or have heard a similar story? Frank Paiva my great grandfather eventually made it to the Hawaiian Islands.
