Peter Valentine Greening and others

I am trying to trace my father's line and have very little success to date. These are the people I'm trying to find info on:

Peter Valentine Greening (Greenan). Worked in Panama building canal. Operated dirt mover. Picture of T. Roosevelt was taken while he was sitting on my ggrandfather's machine. Lived for a while in New Orleans. Other family members (unk) buried in Metarie Cemetary.
Wife: Bertha Odell. Daughter "Marjorie" died as an infant.
Bertha had brother John. (Native American) Much time spent on reservation. John and his son were killed in a boiler explosion on NYC train. Can't locate any other info on this. Odell family had perpetual fishing rights on the river Niagra. Someone in this family (uncle?) patented original gypsum mining technique in NY state.
Three sons:
1. Charles S. Greening - Deceased 1984. Skilled at marbles - taught many children in Yonkers and officiated championships. Marble Hall of Fame of NJ recognizes him as important teacher.
a. First wife Mary Elizabeth Malone, daughter of John Francis Malone of Malone Moving Company in Yonkers in early 1900's. Divorced Charles and remarried a man named Edwards. She was b. 1907, d. 1954 or 1955. Somehow related to Gorman family in the Bronx or Westchester. Brother or half brother John Gorman?
b. Second wife Alyce, deceased 1985.
c. Brother Walter. First wife Mary Orr.
d. Brother Edward. Found murdered in NJ. Wife (Ortman?) Two daughters: Edith and Dorothy.
e. Three children: Constance (married Wally Owings); Barbara (married Harold Orben) and Warren Dyer (married Nancy A. Stroyan).
ANY HELP OR LEADS WOULD BE IMMENSELY APPRECIATED.
