Do not think we are talking about the same Josephine Watson. My Josephine was born about 1892 - she gave birth to my father in 1910. She would have been around her late 40's or early 50's when she gave birth to your father in '43. But it does not hurt to check! Stranger things have been discovered while researching! Do you know how old she was when your dad was born?? This could be interesting. By the way, her maiden name was Watson and she was still Watson when she gave birth to my father.
