You can write to National Archives & Records Administration, 8601 Adelphi Road, College Park MD.20740-6001 and request copies of the personnel records of the construction day employees. They will send you an itemized list if found with the cost. You must tell them the name of the employee and the approx. year they were employed. Sometimes the original hiring application papers shows the names of the parents of the employee. I knew the Bleakley family, the Singly twins Blanche & Jean, also knew of Ed and William Bleakly, sons I assume of Charles and Blanch Bleakley. My dad and mom were close friends of Ed Bleakley and his family. Hope this helps, ruth
