Thanks for your response regarding the Palmquists.
My grandfather's brother Charles (don't know of a nickname)was born in 1861 in Laholm, Central Sweden. He married Hanna Benson of Sweden, and their children were Stanley Palmquist (d 1984), Art Palmquist, Harry Palmquist, Victor Palmquist, others. He died in 1937, having lived in Chisholm, Minnesota. Charles' son Stanley's daughter,Genevieve Palmquist of Chisholm, has many family records. Genevieve's mother was French, married Stanley in or after World War II, had eight children.
My cousin, Carl Palmquist, lived in Payson, Arizona, before his death a few years ago.
