Thanks to those who responded to my 2002 inquirey about Lydia Palmeter, wife of John Lothrop. Lydia is no longer a "brickwall" as far as I am concerned. Although I do not have the documentation one would like, I have consensus among fellow researchers, carrying this line back to Deacon John Parmenter, Sr., who apparently immigrated to Roxbury in 1639. (Cathy Duncan: if you will send your email address to herb@melendy.com, I will be glad to provide a Descent Tree, which may help with your research.)
