Hi Cindy at present I don't have to much information, but from a contact just 3 days ago, from a Babcock posting, a lady is a descendant of an Albert H Palmiter,1840 circa, who married a Harriet V Babcock born 1846, d/o Christopher Babcock and Francis Nye. Does this Albert Palmiter have any connection to yours.
