Researching the family of Carlo Palermo born in Santo Stefano di Quisquina, Sicily emigrating to Tampa, Florida through New York around 1890's. Children: Rosalia Palermo Palle, Antonio Palermo, Nino Palermo Palle. Rosalia married Ramon del Valle in Tampa in Sept 1900. Rosalia was disowned by her father, Carlo, after marrying Ramon del Valle. He never spoke to her again, according to family stories, though they lived within 2 blocks of each other in Ybor City/West Tampa/DeSoto Park area for years. I descend from their oldest daughter, Rosa del Valle Muzio.
