Hi Luis,
yours is the first message that mentioned the Palacios Family from Guatemala. My grandfather's name was Everardo Palacios de Leon, born in Guatemala City at the end of the 1800's. As far as I know, my line of Palacios came from Quetzaltenango in the late 1800's to Guatemala City, and before that, the family came from somewhere in Mexico. Coincidently, my mother was born in Quiche in 1935, where my grandfather, Emilio Higueros, an Army Colonel was serving. My parents were born, met and married in Guatemala City. I would like to know more about the Palacios coming from Mexico to Guatemala.
