I am Oscar Palacio and have been able to trace my family to Federico Palacio born in lower California cerca 1861. I suspect that my lineage may have origens from Spain by way of Columbia. I don't have much information before 1861. My great grandfather was married and had 4 children Francesa, Jose, Angela and Miguel(my grandfather) with his first wife Greselda Martinez Solarez and lived in Yuma Arizona. I don't have information on the children he had with his second wife except that they had a daughter Jacinta, but possible 2 other children.
