I am looking for any information that might help me in my search in finding my husdands family history ,my father inlaw was chief of police in karrchi in the 1940s his name was Normam Louis Tobin not sure if he was born in Karrachi or Ireland , the family lived in the catholic colony any help on geting information would br great .
