I'm a descendant of Lemuel Painter who was born about 1845 (son of Jacob Painter, a gunsmith of Springfield, Missouri) and Artie (short for Artimyssy or Artemicia?) Smith.
Doe anyone have any photos of Lemuel, his wife Artie, or any of their children that are scanned and are already on their computer that they wouldn't mind sending me?
If anyone has pictures of any of the above-mentioned people that aren't on their computer, I would be glad to pay them for copying, postage, time, etc. to send them to me through the mail unless the cost is too prohibitive.
