Sorry none of the names are familiar. Do you know if they were in Massachusetts? The names and dates you had would have been prior to the dates found on the photos [1850s-1860s], so there still could be a connection. If we find one, I'll send you copies of the photos and obit. Sarah Gates' obit mentions Boston, Monson [a family plot is located there for the Gates family], and Cambridge, MA. Her husband, William, died in London, Eng. and was brought back to Monson for burial. It also mentions her son, H. Sumner; sister, Mrs. Harriet Newton and children: Warren F. Newton & Lura Fitch [who is married to Arthur Fitch of Palmer, MA who was on the district court of East Hampden]; a cousin, Anna A. Lee and her child Jerome C. Lee, both of Somers. Sarah had been Methodist and then attended the Congregational Church. If any of this relates to you let me know so we can share this info. Thanks!
