My Father's name is Johnny Blanco. He grew up in Brooklyn, New York. He had a cousin named Delia whose parents names were Pura and Nieves Pagan. They were from Puerto Rico. They lived in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, New York. Delia would be born in about 1929. She was last known living in the South. My father is is her cousin would like to see her as they are getting old.
