Hmmm...well, maybe I don't understand, afterall. I think what you're saying is that the father has two surnames that are different from the mother's two surnames, right? When you enter the children, PAF assigns only the father's surnames to the child and not the mother's. Is that correct? If so, then this is what you should do: Edit the children's names so that they have both the father's and mother's surnames. You'll have to do it manually, for each child, but it is the only way to do it.
