Starting Sept. 30, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

In the Tool Bar at the top, click on EDIT/ORDER CHILDREN (sounds like a take away shop doesnt't it :-) ?). Then a box will open showing the children in the family you have selected. Highlight the one or ones you wish to move, then select the "Order" in the bottom RH corner box. You can move the selected child up or down depending on birth date.
