If you did not save the file from FTM to a GEDCOM file, I think you will have to re-install FTM and open the "FTW" files, then export a complete GEDCOM file, that is all the individuals in your database. You have to be observant to make sure you export a GEDCOM file when using FTM, It wants to export in it's own format, an FTW file.
Then open PAF-4, goto the files menu, select Import then select the GEDCOM file (which has the extension of "GED") to import it. There is an option to put un-importable things into the notes, which works quite well. Some fields in FTM will probably not import into PAF and this way they are at least connected to the proper individual. You can modify them and put them in as facts that PAF understands later.
Good Luck,
Alfred
