Name Don't Show in Individual List.

Have read lots of questions and no one else seems to have had this problem. While editing some of my sources, I found that I could not call up some of my records by going to the Individual List - the names just do not show up there. In some cases, I have been able to locate a RIN number in previously printed reports and can then call them up. However, I have several sources that I cannot edit because I cannot call up the files by name. Any suggestions?
