Oh yes, sounds familiar! The software is programed for the "contribute" screen to pop up unannounced just when one would naturally be hitting the Enter key. Most likely while entering childerns names, gender and DOB at the bottom of the page. I received a thank you from them, no date given when I alledgedly contributed. They gave me the CD # so I could buy my own work. I e-mailed to no avail, I called and left a message that was never returned and e-mailed again. When they finially gave me the courtesy of a audience I was told I had contributed "freely", nothing could be done, it was already on CD and ready to be sold. I did not consciously contribute. Watch the monitor closely while you enter your info. It is programed to pop up at specific times most likely to catch one off guard. Two back to back enter strokes and it's gone into the black hole.
