Starting Sept. 5, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

I have never seen PAF 2, but I would guess that under the 'File' menu there is a way to export a GEDCOM file. This is the accepted way of transfering Genealogical data from one program to another.
Once the GEDCOM file is created, you can 'attach' that to an e-mail and send it to someone.
Good Luck,
Alfred
