Linda, I would suggest that you purchase "Evidence! Citation & Analysis for the Family Historian" by Elizabeth Shown Mills, an excellent guide on how to document all types of sources Also, check out http://www.people.memphis.edu/~mcrouse/elcite.html and http://www.sfu.ca/politics/cite.html
for citing internet/electronic sources.
I would also suggest that you play around with a few examples in PAF sources to produce a format that is as close to proper bibliographic reporting as possible. PAF 4 doesn't quite cut it in this respect.
