Look for a file in the folder where either the GEDCOM is, or where the new database is, (I don't remember which it is in) named the same as the GEDCOM except with an extension of LST rather than GED.That will contain the rest of the sources, The problem is that it is hard to figure where they go as they are listed as line numbers in the GEDCOM file.
You might be able to number the lines of the GEDCOM with your wordprocessor program, but I havn't had much luck with that.
GEDCOM EXPLORER is a utility that modifies GEDCOM files for import into diverse programs. It is shareware, I think, so you can try before you buy. Find it here:

GEDCOM is supposed to be a standard, but nearly every genealogy program has "improved" on the standard a bit.
