All you need to do is transfer a copy of your database, which will have the .paf extension, to the laptop. A memory stick is usually the easiest way.

To get the name and location of your PAF database, when you open it on your desktop computer, just note the full file location at the very top of PAF, then copy that file to the memory stick.

After copying your database onto your laptop, start PAF and tell it to open an existing file, directing PAF to wherever you've stored the database on your laptop.
