one surname and spouses gedcom

I am trying to create gedcoms containing 1 surname and spouses. The surname must be the same but the relationship does not have to be proven. For example I have collected much information on my grandmother's maiden name, COULTER when the people concerned come from Kent. I do not always have their relationship to other COULTER families in the PAF I have made for my father's and mother's families and some of their inlaws' families. Instead of that huge PAF I would like to create a gedcom containing all the COULTER families and spouses (but not children of married COULTER daughters) I have in the large PAF (i.e. both those related to one another and those for whom I have not found relationships.) Is there any way of selecting all the COULTERs I have in the large PAF and their spouses, other than selecting each COULTER one by one? Please let me know if there is as that would save me a great deal of time. Thank you for any information you share with me.
