PAF requires Microsoft Windows. It needs to be the x86 version of Windows (not Windows Mobile or Windows Phone OS).

But even if the software won't run, the data from PAF may be usable on other operating systems if you export it in GEDCOM or HTML format, if your tablet has a suitable app.

To export as HTML, create a "web page" from PAF. It will be a folder of HTML files. On my 7" Android tablet, the OpenHTML app works well.

For GEDCOM files, ezGED Viewer works on small files. There are commercial apps that may work better, and they usually have a free trial period. There is also a commercial app for Legacy Family Tree files, which might be worth check out.
