Lost Sources, etc.

I am using PAF Vn 5.2.18.0. Earlier this spring I had computer problems and decided to upgrade my system to Windows 7 64bit from XP Professional. I wish I had just built a whole new computer. At least I could still see how the old one was arranged, but it is gone.

Are the Notes, and Sources maintained in the .paf data file or in another file somewhere?

FWIW, my file storage for the paf data file, and photos are all in the same folder/directory. I did not loose any multimedia, but all the references in the PAF program to photos are gone.
