I found their website at http://www.foothill.net/~genbook/

But a casual glance just shows that it can do a register book, which is one of the built-in book formats that can be produced by PAF4, PAF5, and free versions of various other programs. It looks to have been written in the days of DOS versions of PAF. Maybe see if PAF itself can do what you want to do. If not, check out the free versions of AncestralQuest 12, RootsMagic 5, and Legacy Family Tree 7.5.
