Erica,

I would make a new backup with a new name, then run Check/Repair 3 or 4 times on your PAF data file. There may be an error in the file that is causing this problem. Then try creating the gedcom.

Maybe take a copy of your PAF data to someone else who uses PAF (e.g. a FHC) to see whether their copy of the software has the same problem. i.e. Is the problem with (a) the file or (b) the software?
