How do I delete Title (Prefix): Mr., Mrs., Ms. etc

When I began using PAF, I thought it was a good idea to include a Prefix for each person, such as Mr., Ms., Rev., Dr.

I like having these prefixes because so many names alone do not give clues to the person's sex.

However, I am now creating a website and don't want these prefix. But, they are included in my PAF gedcom file.

I can find no way in PAF to delete these such as using Global Search and Replace.

I am aware of the free software PAF Pal - it does have some good features which are added to the PAF Tool menu. But, it doesn't include the option to delete Prefix.

Anyone know how to do this?

Thanks!
