How can I e mail my PAF File?

I would like to know is it possible for me to e mail my PAF File?

I have about 1200 pictures linked to my report

I know how to save to a disc,etc...

However I would like to have the capibility to e mail it to my cousin in Italy?

Can any one give suggestions?
