Hi Diane,

I do this frequently. I installed one of the free PDF writers as another printer. (from primopdf.com) Since my computer uses Windows Vista, I select primoPDF as the default printer before starting PAF. Then I print my charts with pictures using primoPDF as my printer. A pop-up asks me to give a name and location to the PDF file. And it is done. (Make sure that print-to-file is NOT selected or it sends the output to your word processor instead of to the PDF writer.) I have found that it works beautifully!

I ahave sometimes used a free utility for adding and removing pages from a PDF file it is called PDFSAM (PDF Split and Merge). PDFSAM is somewhat awkward to use sometimes, but it is free at www.pdfsam.org
