TMG and other genealogy programs allow you to store more than one name for an individual. I guess this is a useful feature (e.g., the person is listed in a birth record and several different censuses with slightly different names). Anyway, I find this and other TMG features very cumbersome to work with. I personally don't use TMG, but have imported several GEDCOM files created with TMG.
QUICK LESSON IN UNDERSTANDING A GEDCOM FILE:
1. Open the GEDCOM file with your word processor; it will be a plain text file (unless you save it as a Word document or some such -- in which case it can no longer be imported into any genealogy program). The GEDCOM file will look like:

2. Use your "Go To" feature to locate the lines you are interested in (it is useful to "Select All" and change the font size to 8, so that individual lines don't word-wrap into two lines)
3. As an example -- Go To line 10385, and you will see that the individual has been named twice (I presume that Cox is a lady's married name?) PAF doesn't accept more than one name per individual (but does accept multiple entries for birth, death, etc.)
The source for this 2nd name is S51. You can use your "Go To" feature to find what this source is. Sources are entered in the GEDCOM in this format:

There are a number of ways that you could preserve the information, along with the source. The easiest is to make the source a "Record Source" rather than a "Name Source," and put the extra name as a source note. The GEDCOM lines would look like this:
1 SOUR @S61@
2 NOTE Married name is Cox
Your next example, Error 51 at line 10449, is very similar, except that in this case the source S1 already has a page number attached. To preserve everything:
1 SOUR @S1@
2 PAGE 7/20/2002
2 NOTE Married name is Williams
Your last example, Error 58 at line 13239 is a small error in the way that PAF only recognizes very specific fields that it expects to find in very specific places. This error has nothing at all to do with MRIN 365 -- the import report simply attached the error to the last identifiable file, in this case MRIN 365, which was the last marriage in the record. You'll just have to go look at your Source S1 -- I expect you'll find that James Taylor Whatley was the author or compiler. PAF only recognizes sources in the format that I wrote a couple of paragraphs above, with a few more lines that I don't need to get into here.
Now, I have been editing GEDCOM files for decades, so I have no problem with making all sorts of changes in the file, saving it again as a TEXT FILE, and then importing it. If you've only got 58 minor errors to deal with, I would recommend that you just use the GEDCOM file as a reference and then "cut & paste" the rejected data one at a time from the GEDCOM into your PAF file.
