Print to file on Windows Vista

I use PAF 4 as I like it better than PAF 5; I also now have Windows Vista. PAF 4 or 5 will NOT print to file so I can save and email to someone. If I want to print to a file I have to backup my desktop with the PAF files on an external device such as a flash drive/floppy, update my Win 98 laptop, do a print to file there and then print to file on that external devise/floppy and then open on my Vista. IS THERE ANYWAY TO PRINT TO FILE IN WINDOWS VISTA? I have both Word Office and WordPerfect Office, although I like WordPerfect best
